We can assess a proposed role. Participation depends on the programme year, action, sector, applicant country, participating countries and current rules, together with organisational capacity and project fit.
Can you be our partner in Montenegro?
Send us your project concept, action, call year, deadline and expected partner role. We review the programme conditions and our ability to fulfil the proposed responsibilities before confirming cooperation.
Can you host Erasmus+ mobility activities?
We can explore a suitable host, receiving, support or implementation role where the specific action permits it. Programme rules, participants, learning objectives, dates and available capacity must be reviewed first.
Can we send you our project draft?
You may submit a draft with your enquiry. Include the action, call year, deadline and requested contribution. Remove unnecessary personal data and identify any confidentiality restrictions.
Can you help us find European partners?
We can assess your partner requirements and explore suitable contacts. Specify the countries, organisation types, expertise, topic, target group and expected role. Finding a partner or securing their commitment cannot be guaranteed.
Can you write or develop our Erasmus+ project?
Support can include needs analysis, concept development, partnership design, work packages, budgeting and application review. We agree the scope first. The formal application must be submitted by an eligible applicant under the relevant programme rules.
Can you guarantee funding?
No. Funding decisions are made by the competent granting authority. Project-development support can strengthen an application, but cannot guarantee eligibility, selection or funding.
Can Montenegro participate in our Erasmus+ action?
This requires an action-specific check of the current Programme Guide and call documents. The programme year, sector, applicant country, participating countries and proposed role all matter. An action code alone does not establish eligibility.
Can you organise accommodation?
Accommodation coordination may form part of an agreed activity plan. Share dates, participant numbers, room requirements, accessibility needs and budget. Availability, supplier terms, responsibilities and costs must be confirmed before booking.
Can you organise local transport?
Local transport coordination may be included in the agreed programme. Provide arrival and departure details, destinations, group size and accessibility requirements. Routes, availability, costs and responsibilities are confirmed in advance.
Can you arrange institutional visits?
We can explore visits linked to your learning objectives and sector. Each visit depends on the receiving institution's agreement, availability and suitability. A proposed visit is confirmed only after arrangements are agreed.
Can you arrange job shadowing?
We can assess a job-shadowing request against the action rules, professional profile and learning objectives. A suitable host, supervision, schedule and documentation must be agreed before the activity is confirmed.
Can you organise training activities?
We can discuss training or workshop formats that match your institutional needs. Content, learning outcomes, trainer suitability, accessibility, dates and programme conditions must be agreed. Any certificate or document must accurately describe the activity.
What information do you need from us?
Start with your organisation, country, contact details, action, call year, project stage, objectives, expected role and deadline. For activities, add participant profiles, numbers, dates, learning needs and practical requirements.
How early should we contact you?
As early as possible, preferably before consortium roles or activity arrangements are fixed. State both the official deadline and your internal review date. Short-notice requests depend on available capacity and the work required.
Do you work with Turkish organisations?
Institutions in Türkiye can submit partnership, mobility, project-development or partner-search enquiries in Turkish. We assess each proposed cooperation against the applicable programme rules, organisational fit and available capacity.
Do you work with German institutions?
German institutions can submit enquiries in German about partnership, mobility, project development or partner search. The proposed role and activity are reviewed against the relevant call conditions and organisational capacity.
Do you work with organisations across Europe?
Institutions across Europe are welcome to enquire. Each cooperation is assessed individually; a country's location in Europe does not by itself establish eligibility for a particular Erasmus+ action or role.
Can we contact you after project approval?
Yes. Share the approved objectives, relevant activity plan, grant conditions, dates, participants and support requested. We review whether the proposed cooperation fits the approved project and applicable rules before agreeing responsibilities.
Can we work together on future projects?
We welcome discussions about future cooperation. Share your institutional priorities, expertise and anticipated calls. Each new project requires its own assessment of programme conditions, partner roles, responsibilities and available capacity.
Funding and participation are determined by the competent authority under the rules of the applicable call. No approval or eligibility is guaranteed.
