What we collect
Through the request forms: organisation name and type, country, contact person, work e-mail, an optional telephone number, your message and your answers to the form's questions. Through the alerts form: your e-mail address and interests. Please do not send confidential project documents or special categories of personal data.
Why we use it
To answer your request, follow it up and prepare possible cooperation (steps taken at your request before an agreement). Partner alerts are sent only after you confirm your subscription through the link in our e-mail (consent), and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who sees it
Only the Adriatic Bridge team. Technical service providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, database and security of this website) and Resend (sending our e-mails from its EU region). We do not sell your data and do not pass it to other organisations without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the request and any cooperation that follows. We review them regularly and delete them at the latest 24 months after the last contact, unless an agreement or the law requires longer. Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@hibeanaliz.com. You can also complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.
Storage on your device
The site stores only your cookie choice in your browser. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
